Museum shop
The shop features fun and engaging products, books, and souvenirs related to natural history and the Museum’s exhibitions. Opening hours: 12:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Tue–Fri) 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Sat, Sun, and national holidays).
Tea Room
Please enjoy drinks, cakes, and light meals. Open hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Coin-operated Lockers
Coin-operated Lockers are on the 1st and 2nd floors. A 100-yen coin required to lock it will be refunded after use.
Resting Corner
Visitors who bring their own food are welcome to use the Resting Corner located on the first floor. Drink-vending machines are also available here.
Wheelchair Service
The Museum is accessible to wheelchair users except for some areas of the Ecology Park, and wheelchairs and baby strollers are available for use. Please request for the same at the ticket counter.
